Overview

The Service Management Solution offers an integrated service management and real-time work order tracking solution. The WORKMAN™ module provides only the essentials for tracking service, manufacturing, calibration, and other work orders, while EZ-Move® can keep track of internal and external property movements and even generate shipping labels. This key information is available from our TRAXX® mobile app so technicians can keep service records up-to-date even while in the field.

Integrated Solutions

  • The SMART | WORKMAN™ module supports manufacturing work orders, calibration, maintenance, repair, inspection, PM, or any other planned or unplanned service activities. WORKMAN™ automatically integrates with SMART | PEMS® to record each service event in the property system.
  • The SMART | TRAXX® mobile asset tracking module runs on Apple iOS and Android and is TAA/SCIF compliant. TRAXX can read any conventional barcode, 1D or 2D label, UID or RFID tag and can operate in connected or disconnected mode for a modern inventorying solution without the expensive hardware.
  • The SMART | EZ-Move® companion order/shipping module offers an integrated process for shipping items to and from the calibration lab, manufacturing floor, and even customer facilities.
  • Our SMART | SLAM-CATS™ companion catalog system makes complete equipment data, including performance specs, from a wide variety of manufacturers available right at your engineers' fingertips.
