Overview
The SMART | PEMS® Property and Equipment Management System is tracking billions of dollars in assets across many of the world's most sophisticated engineering and manufacturing facilities. PEMS supports government, customer, owned or leased assets and meets all Federal Government Property Management requirements including FAR Parts 45 and 52 and DFARS 252.245-7005.
