AssetSmart works closely with our clients to help implement our software on-schedule and on-budget. Depending on customer needs and internal IT resources, our team is available to augment or offload many typical rollout tasks including legacy data migration, software installation, system configuration, integrations, custom report creation, and training.
After production go-live, we provide superb "white-glove" customer service, including a responsive human-staffed (US-based) Helpdesk. All customers with active maintenance agreements receive corrective updates as well as minor and major version upgrades at no additional cost.
