AssetSmart works closely with our clients to help implement our software on-schedule and on-budget. Depending on customer needs and internal IT resources, our team is available to augment or offload many typical rollout tasks including legacy data migration, system configuration, integrations, custom report creation, and training.

After production go-live, we provide superb "white-glove" customer service, including a responsive human-staffed Helpdesk. All customers with active maintenance agreements receive corrective updates as well as minor and major version upgrades at no additional cost.

Available Functional and Technical Services

The services team is available to help define and apply system security, mandatory fields, and other configuration settings on behalf of the customer.

Early lifecycle service to help define, document, and estimate all customization work, interfaces, data mapping and other services required prior to final development and implementation. 

A software and internet-enabled service to correct, normalize and embellish equipment and parts records using trusted government and public information sources along with our proprietary methods and automated tools to streamline and standardize records. 

AssetSmart offers complete professional services in support of its products including data mapping, data migration, and cleanup assistance to streamline the implementation process.

AssetSmart offers onsite or remote installation support services above and beyond the self-installation package. 

AssetSmart offers Turnkey interface development services to allow the software to interchange data with other applications. Our system also has tools and APIs to enable the Customer to create ongoing interfaces to other systems and data sources using their own internal IT resources. 

AssetSmart project managers are available to work with internal customer stakeholders to mutually ensure all tasks are implemented on schedule and to plan. 

Services are available to assist customers in creating custom reports, dashboards, as well as integrated label generation for property and/or calibration asset tags. Custom label formats can be designed as part of an integrated label print solution. 

AssetSmart offers managed hosting services in AWS GovCloud, which has been granted FedRAMP High Impact authorization. We exclusively utilize dedicated server instances for each Customer (no multi-tenancy or classic "SaaS") and access is restricted to company employees who are vetted US citizens.

Our services team is available to support custom design and development based on the customer’s unique business requirements. Custom code maintenance is also offered. 

Training for Customer IT personnel is available. Topics covered include system architecture, operation, security, maintenance, administration, special utility programs, data conversion, integration tools and techniques, and customization (if applicable). 

One day of training per licensed module is highly recommended and designed for functional management or key implementation project team personnel. Topics covered include basic system architecture, user interface operation, description of installed products and their purposes, use of system documentation and actual online system operation.
