PIEE GFP Module and other Government Reporting
Overview
The SMART | Reporting module enables DoD contractors to automate critical reporting processes with the PIEE GFP Module, IUID Registry and Plant Clearance function. AssetSmart also supports an automated process to prepare NF1018 report submittals for NASA as well as a Standard Form 1428 (SF1428) interface for alternate excess and disposal reporting. The SMART | AUID (UID) Registry Option provides an automated process for generating upload-ready files to the DoD IUID Registry.

- GFP Receipt and Property Transfer Interface available for both equipment (PEMS®) and material (TMAS®)
- Generates complete populated SFTP or Excel template files with all data validated per PIEE requirements and clearly flags exceptions
- Interactive web UI supports filtering GFP submittal records by contract, account, location, receipt data, and more
- User can review/edit files prior to uploading to PIEE system
- Also automates PIEE plant clearance Excel template generation
- System can perform automatic generation of Unique Item Identifications (UII) or parse manual or 2D DataMatrix barcode inputs
